1. Purpose

These Terms of Use define the rules for accessing and using the website tecnoglobe.be. By browsing this site, the user accepts these conditions without reservation and agrees to comply with them.

Access to the site is free of charge. The user acknowledges having the necessary skills and means to access and use the site. TecnoGlobe Belgium strives to maintain access to the site 24/7, but cannot guarantee continuous availability or the absence of interruptions, whether for maintenance or due to force majeure.

The TecnoGlobe brand and logo are used by several distinct entities. In Belgium, the nominative and figurative trademark TecnoGlobe is registered with the BOIP (Benelux Office for Intellectual Property). The website tecnoglobe.be, as well as the exploitation rights of the brand and logo in Belgium, are held by Jean-Marie Boyjonauth. TecnoGlobe Belgium holds the worldwide exploitation rights associated with this registration and develops its own catalogue of products and services.

In France, the company TecnoGlobe France was acquired in 2021 by the Finnish group Duell. It continues its distribution activities in the French market with its own commercial development.

These two entities are independent and have no subsidiary relationship. Any use, reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, of the name, logo, texts, photos, videos, or any other element of the site without prior authorization is prohibited and constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights.

4. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

TecnoGlobe Belgium attaches great importance to the protection of its customers’ and visitors’ personal data. Any data collected through the site (contact form, online orders, newsletter subscription) complies with the European GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

The collected data is used exclusively to respond to user requests, process orders and improve services. Data is never sold to third parties.
