Delivery and lead times

Orders are shipped as quickly as possible. In principle, any order placed on a working day before 4 p.m. is shipped within 4 working days. Unless otherwise agreed, the maximum delivery time is 30 days from order confirmation.

If a product is temporarily out of stock, the customer will be notified by e-mail or phone within 3 working days.

Delivery is made to the address provided when placing the order. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of this information.
Transfer of risk
For sales to consumers (B2C), products travel at TecnoGlobe’s risk until effective handover to the customer, in accordance with Article VI.44 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law. Risk is transferred only when the customer (or a third party designated by him, other than a carrier offered by TecnoGlobe) physically takes possession of the goods.
For sales to professionals (B2B), goods travel at the buyer’s risk from the moment they are handed over to the carrier, even when shipping is organised by TecnoGlobe.
Returns
Return procedure
- Submit your return request via this form.
- Receive a confirmation e-mail with return instructions.
- Pack the item and its original packaging in a sturdy, waterproof box.
- Send the parcel to the indicated address.
- Receive your refund after inspection of the returned products.
Conditions
- Deadline: 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise the right of withdrawal (consumers only).
- Condition: products must be returned new, unused, complete, with original packaging and tags intact.
- If used or damaged, a reasonable depreciation may be deducted from the refund.
- Installed, programmed or unsealed items (specific harnesses, programmed remotes, connected devices) can only be returned if unused and unopened.
Refund
Refunds are made within 14 days maximum after receipt of the return, using the same payment method as the original order, unless otherwise agreed. Initial standard delivery costs are refunded; return costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise indicated.
